大型轧机差径等转速轧制时轧制力矩分配

摘    要:对大型轧机的相同转速、不同直径轧辊的力矩分配进行了理论分析和模拟实验,并由此提出,大型轧机不同辊径等转速带“下压力”轧制时,应考虑锭重和轧件运动加速度对轧制力矩的影响,轧机下辊应选用较大的电机才能充分发挥轧机的能力。

Abstract:The theoretical analysis and sdriulaion experdrient have been done for the rolling moment distribuion of large section rolling mill with difference roll diameter and sam rotational speed. According to the results, it points out tha when rolling with difference roll diameter, same rotational speed and "bottom pressure: the influence of heigh and motion accelefation of ingot must be taken into account. In order to make full use of rolling mill's ability, a lng motor for bottom roll using must be selected.
