A New Reducing Annealing Furnace of Strip

A new strip continuous reducing annealing furnace was introduced, which was used for reduction de scaling of hot rolled strip and annealing treatment of cold rolled strip . The continuous reducing annealing fur nace was composed of heating reduction section, cooling section and the connected channel of furnace body. Heating furnace body and cooling section were ＂back＂ shaped structure. The strip was rotary walking in the furnace hearth, bending curvature was small and without deviation. The furnace has the advantages of simple structure, small occupied area, strong storage capacity, low construction cost, high surface quality of prod ucts, and can satisfy the reduction descaling and annealing treatment of strip. Compared with the traditional annealing furnace, this furnace has significant advantage.
