一种新型带钢连续还原退火炉

摘    要:介绍了一种新型带钢连续还原退火炉,其适用于热轧带钢的还原除鳞和冷轧带钢的退火处理。该连续还原退火炉由加热还原段炉体、冷却段炉体和炉体间连接通道组成。加热还原段炉体及冷却段炉体均呈"回"字型结构,带钢在炉膛内回转走行,弯曲曲率小,不易跑偏。该炉结构简单、占地面积小、储料能力强、建设成本低、产品表面质量高,并且能同时满足金属带钢的还原除鳞和退火处理,和传统的退火炉相比具有显著的优势。

Abstract:A new strip continuous reducing annealing furnace was introduced, which was used for reduction de scaling of hot rolled strip and annealing treatment of cold rolled strip . The continuous reducing annealing fur nace was composed of heating reduction section, cooling section and the connected channel of furnace body. Heating furnace body and cooling section were "back" shaped structure. The strip was rotary walking in the furnace hearth, bending curvature was small and without deviation. The furnace has the advantages of simple structure, small occupied area, strong storage capacity, low construction cost, high surface quality of prod ucts, and can satisfy the reduction descaling and annealing treatment of strip. Compared with the traditional annealing furnace, this furnace has significant advantage.
