摘    要:首钢迁钢2.0 mm厚以下规格钢卷在轧制过程中带钢头部穿带及尾部抛钢过程不稳定,易导致带钢头、尾部20~30 m范围内存在不同程度的浪形缺陷,而此缺陷因用户开平能力较弱,无法得到消除,易引起板形质量问题。针对此问题,对2.0 mm厚以下薄规格带钢采用平整工艺,通过分析及多次试验摸索,制定了合理的平整工艺参数,并针对卷取机助卷辊硬度较大造成平整后带钢尾部中浪问题,提出了解决措施,保证了首钢迁钢薄规格带钢的批量生产。

Abstract:The rolling process was not stable during head-wearing belt and tail-cast of strip of thickness small than 2.0mm at Shougang Qianan Co., which easily leads to flatness defect within 20-30 meters at head and tail of strip. But the defect could not be eliminated by user and caused bad strip shape. To solve this problem, it was put forward that strip of thickness small than 2.0 mm should be skin-passed to ensure the strip flatness. Through analysis and multiple tests, skin-passing technolo- gy of thin gauge ship was established reasonability, and ship middle wave defect because of higher hold-down roller hardness was resolved. It provide guarantee for batching production thin specifications ship at Shougang Qianan Co.
