摘    要:针对某450mm窄带钢生产线生产6.00mm以上厚规格产品时带钢扭转导致测厚仪产生厚度测量偏差,严重影响厚度自动控制系统的正常投用,对产品厚度控制精度产生影响的问题,通过对轧件扭转前后轧件厚度的比较,实现了6.00mm以上厚规格产品的厚度测量补偿,以此为基础实现了厚度的精确控制。现场实际生产应用表明,6.00mm以上厚度规格96%以上达到了±50μm的厚度控制精度,有效地保证了产品质量。

Abstract:In view of the problem of the strip torsion results in thickness measurement deviation of strip with thickness above 600 mm in a 450 mm narrow hot strip tandem mill,which seriously affects the normal operation of automatic thickness control system and the accuracy of product thickness control,by comparing the thickness of before and after the torsion,the thickness measurement compensation of products with thickness over 6.00 mm was realized,and the precise control of thickness was further realized.The actual production results showed that the number of products with thickness control accuracy of ±50 μm can be reached more than 96% according to the thickness specifications above 6.00 mm,which guarantees the quality of products effectively.
