摘    要:采用MSC.Mare三维大变形热力耦合弹塑性有限元软件和接触分析技术,对Y型轧机轧制TC4钛合金的三维变形过程进行了有限元仿真。以动态图像形式反映了金属变形过程,计算了轧件主要力学参数的分布值和极值,并在实验的基础上作了验证。模拟结果与现场轧机的记录数据十分吻合。表明采用本方法替代传统的通过实验来获取工艺设计所须参数的方法,可以达到减少实验次数,降低实验成本的目的。

Abstract:The three-dimensional deformation of Ti alloy made by Y type rolling mill has been simulated by means of MSC. Marc three dimensional thermal-mechanical coupled elasticoplastic finite element method (FEM) and contact analysis technology. Dynamic deformation process are simulated and the distribution and ultimate value of relative mechanical parameters of rod are calculated. The simulation results are in good agreement with the log data. The technological design can be made with the developed program in order to reduce the cycle and cost of experiments.
