摘    要:针对某型号电机用风扇铝合金铸件缩孔和夹渣缺陷问题,分析了产生的原因,并结合AnyCasting软件进行模拟,采取针对性改进铸造工艺措施,解决了冷隔、缩孔和夹渣缺陷,形成了一套成熟稳定的工艺技术,并已形成批量生产能力.

Abstract:The defects such as shrinkage and inclusion easily occur in some aluminum alloy motor fan castings.To solve this problem,the reasons caused the defects were analyzed,and the AnyCasting simulation software was used to improve the casting process.Finally,all kinds of defects were removed such as cold lap,shrinkage and inclusion,and mass production of the motor fan castings was realized successfully.
