| 摘 要： | 消失模铸造金属液在填充铸型初期的流动接近失重状态,且直浇道越高越接近失重态.消失模铸造浇注系统开放或封闭的判据是:单位时间内浇注系统提供的金属液大于等于泡沫退让的体积为封闭式,当金属液小于泡沫退让的体积时为开放式.

| Abstract: | It was concluded that flowage of liquid metal at the beginning period is in the state of weightlessness in the process of pouring in evaporated pattern casting,and is closer to weightlessness state with vertical path higher. The criterion which can determine pouring system is opening or closing in evaporated pattern casting,is that the metal volume which is provided by pouring system is larger than the volume which is produced because of foam disappearing.(3. |
