| 摘 要： | 为实现压铸机压射过程工艺曲线和参数的显示和分析,开发了一种基于嵌入式技术的压铸机压射参数分析记录仪。该仪器能够适应压铸厂较为恶劣的工作环境,除了具备工艺曲线显示和工艺参数自动提取功能外,还建有工艺参数数据库,通过对数据库的统计分析,绘制概率分布曲线。利用上述信息能够使压铸机工作参数与模具设计参数实现最佳匹配,对不满足工艺要求的压铸件具有报警提示功能,从而确保压铸件生产品质。 |
