大型铝合金框架的热处理变形控制

摘    要:以大型铝合金框架为研究对象,研究了其热处理过程中的尺寸变形问题。结果表明,对于框架结构铸件,采用焊接拉筋的方法不能完全避免热处理变形问题,淬火后仍然存在变形,最大变形量为12.4mm。固溶处理后,采用人工矫正和机械矫正结合的方法对框架结构铸件进行矫正,能有效地将变形尺寸控制在有效范围内,满足设计要求。将框架铸件增加加强筋,浇注时整体成形,铸件最大变形量为2~5mm,取到了良好的效果。

Abstract:The dimensional deformation of large aluminum alloy frame during heat treatment was investigated.The experimental results reveal that the heat treatment deformation cann’t be completely eliminated by welding tendons.After quenching,there still exists deformation and the maximum deformation is 12.4 mm.After solid solution treatment,the frame structure castings are corrected by combining artificial with mechanical correction which can control effectively the deformation size within the effective range and meet the design requirements.The frame castings were added with reinforcing ribs and formed as a whole.The maximum deformation is 2~5 mm,obtaining the satisfied effects.
