摘    要: 管环扩张试验,是检验金属管环端部扩张工艺的变形性能和管环缺陷的一种方法,广泛应用于各种材质的金属管的检验工作,是非常重要的钢管工艺性能评价的试验方法。本文通过大量的实验研究了试样的材质、试验过程中加载次数和加载速度对扩张率和扩张破坏力的影响,为我们制定金属材料管环扩张试验国家标准奠定了基础。

Abstract:Metallic materials-tube-ring-expanding test is an important method to reveal defects both on surfaces and within tube wall by using a conical mandrel until fracture occurs.It may be also used to assess ability of tubes to undergo plastic deformation.This method now has been widely used in inspection of various metallic tubes.Influence of loading speed and loading times on degree of expansion and destroy force was discussed in this paper through a lot of tests.This research will provide stable base for estab...
