摘    要:随着汽车在生活中的普及,人们对汽车安全性要求越来越高。汽车板的质量好坏是影响汽车安全的一项重要指标,而扩孔试验是衡量汽车板质量的重要指标。钢板1、钢板2用于悬架臂、横梁、汽车底盘、悬挂及周围部件等汽车部件,具有良好的原料冲压成型和延伸凸缘性能。从试验速率、材料规格、冲孔凸模扩孔顶尖和试样面是否同一面展开试验,结果表明,试验速率、材料规格、冲孔凸模扩孔顶尖和试样面是否同一面对试验结果都有很大影响。

Abstract:With the popularity of automobiles in life, people have higher and higher requirements in vehicle safety. The quality of automobile plate is an important indicator affecting the vehicle safety, and the hole expansion test is an important index to measure the quality of the automobile plate. The steel plate 1 and steel plate 2 were used for automobile parts such as suspension arm, beam, automobile chassis, suspension and surrounding parts. They had good raw material stamping forming and good extension flange performance. The tests were conducted in test rate, material specification, and whether the pore convex mode expansion top and the test surface was on a same plane. The test results showed that all these factors had great influence on the testing results.
