摘    要:对伸长率不合格Q345R热轧板卷进行了分析。结果表明:部分Q345R钢热轧板卷伸长率不合格的主要原因是钢中出现较多的Mn S和Al2O3夹杂物;热轧板卷的显微组织沿厚度方向不均匀,上表面一侧出现大量的贝氏体+魏氏体组织,心部至下表面一侧仍以铁素体+珠光体组织为主。存在带状组织不是导致伸长率不合格的原因。

Abstract:Q345R hot-rolled coil with unqualified elongation was analyzed. The results showed that the elongation of Q345R hot-rolled coil was unqualified due to the pretty much amount of MnS and Al2O3 inclusion existing in steel; and the micro-structure of hot-rolled coil was asymmetrical along with the direction of thickness, with large amount of bainite + widmanstatten structure in upper side and majorly ferrite + pearlite structure from center to lower side of the strip. Thus, the banded structure of coil was not the reason for elongation disqualification.
