摘    要:以钢坯二维传热过程数学模型为基础,开发了紧凑式宽厚板辊底式连续热处理炉计算机优化控制系统。其功能主要包括:钢坯物料跟踪、钢坯温度跟踪、钢坯优化加热控制、钢坯连续及摆动运行控制、钢坯混装炉温优化控制、钢坯温度反馈控制等。采用PCS7控制系统在轧钢厂实现了辊底式热处理炉钢坯生产过程的在线优化控制和管理。经现场实际生产检验,系统运行稳定,模型准确可靠,温度跟踪最大误差1.47%,炉温优化设定值满足热处理工艺要求,热处理钢坯合格率达到98%以上。

Abstract:Based on two-dimensional thermal transmission process mathematical model, a computer control system was developed for optimizing a stringendo roller-hearth furnace of billet. The main function of the system includes billet materiel tracking, billet temperature tracking, optimum heating control, continuous and swing movement control, furnace temperature optimum control for mixing loading, feedback control of billet temperature and so on. An on-line optimizing control and management of processing of roller-hearth furnace have been realized in the rolling plant using PCS7 control system. The practical production test shows good system stabilization and mathematical model accuracy. The temperature tracking maximal deviation is 1.47%, and furnace temperature optimum setting value can meet heat treating technology needs,and the qualification rate of the billet is more than 98%.
