摘    要:细化晶粒是一种提高材料强度和塑性的有效方法.将20CrMnTi钢在Ac1和Ac3温度范围内进行了3道次变温快速循环加热-冷却处理,晶粒尺寸由初始的36.9 μm细化到约5 μm,其布氏硬度值由初始的145.7提高到298.3.结果表明:经过3道次的循环相变处理后,由于形核率的提高,晶粒长大速度的降低和组织遗传性被破坏,...

Abstract:Grain refinement is an effective way to improve material strength and plasticity.Aimed to 20CrMnT steel,three passes fast cycle variable temperature heating-cooling treatments were carried out between AC1 and AC3,then the grain size was refined from the initial 36.9 μm to 5 μm,and the Brinell hardness value was increased from 145.7 to 298.3.The results revealed that the grain was remarkably refined by three passes cycling phase transformation,because of the increased nucleation rate,the reduced rate of grain growth and the destroyed organization of genetic.
