摘    要:基于光干涉原理设计了一光纤迈克尔逊(Micheson)干涉仪,确定干涉仪信号臂和参考臂尺寸,建立光纤迈克尔逊激光超声实验装置,用于叶片表面裂纹的检测。实验结果表明,该传感系统制作简单,加工成本低,能快速、有效检测叶片表面裂纹,为研究叶片裂纹的扩展规律提供了实验基础。
