胶接板中兰姆波的传播模式分析与检测信号处理

摘    要:对兰姆波在铝胶接接头中的传播模式进行了有限元模拟,用二维傅里叶变化的方法识别兰姆波模式,将模拟结果与理论结果进行了对比,通过试验验证有限元模拟的准确性。研究证实,兰姆波在胶接板中的传播有多模式、频散特性,二维傅里叶能有效识别兰姆波模式,有限元模拟结果与理论及试验结果吻合较好。

Abstract:A finite element method was used to investigate the lamb wave propagation in aluminum adhesive joints. Using 2D-FFT to recognize the modes, the simulation results were compared with the theoretical results. The experiment results showed that the simulation was accurate and effective. It was approved that the lamb wave propagation is multi-mode and dispersion. The method of 2D-FFT can effectively identify the Lamb wave modes, the test results agree well with the results of the finite element analysis.
