| 摘 要： | 采用自行研制的一种基于PCI总线的四通道高速数据采集卡对火车轮轴超声检测的信号进行采集和处理,对其基本功能、特点、总体设计方案、工作原理及有关问题作了较深入的说明。检测系统可以实现在线高速采集实时处理和成像。实际检测中能够将样品轮轴上的七个缺陷完全检测出来。通过数据处理可以提高检测系统灵敏度和准确度。

| Abstract: | A PCI bus based four-channel high-speed data acquisition card developed was used for ultrasonic testing of train axles.The basic functions, features,general design plan,operation principle and relevant issues were presented in detail.The testing system based on the card could be used to realize high-speed on-line acquisition and real time imaging.All of the seven defects in a sample axle were detected out in practice.A new method of data processing was given to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the testing system. |
