| 摘 要： | 设计并开发了一种大型起重机械健康监测系统，该系统主要有光纤传感子系统、解调子系统、健康监测诊断与管理子系统等组成。其中健康监测诊断与管理子系统包含：基本参数模块、数据采集模块、数据处理模块、数据显示和回放模块、数据诊断模块以及设备信息管理模块。该系统的应用使原来繁琐、困难的数据采集变得更加可靠、安全、方便，为实现对起重机械在各种环境、荷载等因素作用下的长期实时监测提供了条件。
