THEORETICAL ANALYSIS FOR THE MOTION AND TEMPERATURE OF MELT DROPLETS IN SPRAY DEGASSING PROCESS

摘    要:The motion of melt droplets in spray degassing process was analyzed theoretically. The height of the treatment tank in spray degassing process could be determined by the results of theoretical calculation of motion of melt droplets. To know whether the melt droplets would solidify during spraying process, the balance temperature of melt droplets was also theoretically analyzed. Then proof experiments for theoretical results about temperature of melt droplets were carried. In comparison, the experimental results were nearly similar to the calculation results.
