温度、Cl-浓度、Cr元素对N80钢CO2腐蚀电极过程的影响

摘    要:利用电化学阻抗技术研究了温度、Cl^-浓度、Cr元素对N80钢CO2腐蚀电极过程的影响,结果表明,随着温度的升高,CO2腐蚀的阴极、阳极电极反应速率会明显增大,与此同时,温度的升高又容易使腐蚀产物膜在试样表面形成,对基体金属起到一定的保护作用,增加介质中的Cl^-浓度,会使阳极溶解速率先增加,后减小;阴极还原速率则缓慢减小;同时,Cl^-还会破坏腐蚀产物膜在试样表面的覆盖,N80钢加入Cr元素以后,CO2腐蚀阴极、阳极反应速率降低,材料具有一定的抗CO2腐蚀能力。

Abstract:The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was used to analyse the effects of temperature, Cl- concentration and Cr on the CO2 corrosion electrode reactions of steel N80. The results show that temperature will increase the anodic and cathodic reaction rate obviously, at the same time, increasing the temperature can also make corrosion scale form easily, which could protect the matrix metal. With increasing Cl- concentration, the cathodic reaction rate will decrease and anodic reaction rate will increase at first, then decrease. Cl- can destroy the coverage of corrosion scale on matrix, increase the matrix metal solution rate at active area. When N80 steel contain Cr element, anodic and cathodic reaction rate all decrease, which means that this kind of steel has certain resistance ability to CO2 corrosion.
