摘    要:实验研究了交流水平电磁连铸中磁场悬浮金属的悬浮力和侧向力的变化规律.结果发现,悬浮力随电流强度和屏蔽宽度的增加而显著增加,屏蔽金属板回路的电阻明显减小悬浮力.侧向力随距凸台距离的增加而迅速减小.

Abstract:The levitative and lateral forces of A.C. electromagnetic field on metal in horizontal electromagnetic continuous casting have been investigated experimentally. It is found that the levitative force increases significantly with the increase in electric current intensity and width of the screen. and reduces obviously with the electric resistance of the screen-metal sheet loop. The lateral force decreases sharply with increasing the distance from the side block .
