真空感应熔炼超纯净镍基高温合金脱氮的研究

摘    要:研究了真空感应熔炼Ni基高温合金过程中的脱氮行为。计算了不同真空度及加Al和Ti条件下Ni-6Cr-5Co-2Mo-6W合金在1600℃时氮的溶解度。 实验表明在CaO坩埚精炼过程中加Al脱氮有促进作用;加Ti则对脱氮有明显不利影响。提高熔炼真空度是促进脱氮的有力措施。

Abstract:The denitrogenation behavior during vacuum induction melting (VIM) Ni-base su- peralloy using CaO crucible was studied, and the dissolubilities of nitrogen under different vacuum levels as well as Al and Ti adding amounts at 1600 C were also calculated. The results show that Al addition has evident effect to denitrogenation and Ti addition has adverse effect to denitrogenation. The increase of vacuum level is a powerful way to accelerate the rate of denitrogenation.
