摘    要:通过镁合金电磁铸造过程模拟,分析了镁合金电磁铸造过程中电磁搅拌对熔体流动和温度分布的影响。结果表明,当镁合金电磁铸造的搅拌频率为10Hz时熔体温度场分布比较合理。

Abstract:According t o the analysis on the process of electromagnetic casting,the affection of stirr ing on the flow and temperature distribution in the process of electromagnetic c asting of the magnesium alloys was analyzed.The result shows that the best tem perature field is gotten when the frequence of the current in the coil used in the electromagnetic casting is10Hz.
