挤压机主柱塞有限元分析

摘    要:根据挤压机主柱塞的结构特点,利用有限元分析软件I-DEAS建立有限元模型,并对主柱塞零件进行了静力学的有限元分析计算,研究了在满负荷工作状态下主柱塞零件的应力和应变情况.结果表明,应用I-DEAS软件分析计算具有较高的精度,所建立模型和采用的计算方法可靠,主柱塞零件的结构设计合理.

Abstract:Based on the construction features of the main cylinder piston of extrusion press,a finite element model has been established using large-scale finite element analysis software I-DEAS,and the static stress of the main cylinder piston has been analyzed and calculated by finite element,the stress and strain of the main cylinder piston under full loads have been researched.The results indicate that analysis and calculation model with using of I-DEAS software are accurate,the finite element model and the analysis method are appropriate.The structural design of main cylinder piston is reasonable.
