摘    要:研究以H2O2为主要氧化剂的化学抛光液对BFe10-1-1铁白铜进行表面化学抛光,考察了光亮剂、缓蚀剂、H2O2稳定剂的种类,化学抛光液各组分的含量,抛光温度以及抛光时间对铜合金抛光效果的影响.优化出抛光液组成及抛光工艺条件:质量分数为30%的H2O2 350 mL/L,浓H2SO450 mL/L,无水乙醇17~20m...
