| 摘 要： | 从H2S、CO2的腐蚀机理和形式出发,以四川高含H2S、CO2天然气对钻采设备的腐蚀为例,分析比较常用的电镀、热浸镀、喷涂有机涂料等技术在防腐领域中的重要作用.随着表面技术的更进一步发展, 热喷涂技术在防腐领域也显示出其独特的作用,它主要是利用耐腐蚀性好、结合强度高的Ni基合金、金属陶瓷等材料作为覆盖材料来保护钻采设备.

| Abstract: | Based on the mechanism and form of corrosion of hydrogen sulfid and carbon dioxide,taking the corrosion of natural gas with thickness hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide in Sichuan' wells on drilling equipments as example,the important effects of electroplating,dipping-plating,spraying of organic coating and so on in anticorrosion field were analyzed and compared.With the development of surface technology,thermal spraying technology reveals a particular action.It takes the nickel base superalloy and metal ceramic with well anticorrosion and high binding strength as cover stuff to protect drilling equipments. |
