二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠和硫脲对AZ91D镁合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的缓蚀作用

摘    要:采用失重法、电化学阻抗法和极化曲线研究了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(SDEDTC)和硫脲(TU)对AZ91D镁合金在NaCl溶液中的缓蚀作用.结果表明,在3.5%NaCl溶液中,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠的缓蚀效率存在浓度极值现象,在质量分数为0.1%时缓蚀性能最佳;硫脲对镁合金的缓蚀也存在浓度极值现象,缓蚀效率随着浓度增加先升高后降低,当质量分数为0.3%时,缓蚀性能最佳.二者的缓蚀机制都是抑制阴极反应,有较好的缓蚀协同效应,当复配比例为0.3%硫脲+0.1%二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠时,缓蚀效果最好,达到88%.

Abstract:Mass-loss test,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and polarization measurement were used to study the inhibition effect of sodium diethyl dithiocarbarnate(SDEDTC) and thiourea(TU)on the corrosion of AZ91D magnesium alloy in 3.5%NaCl solution.Both SDEDTC and TU showed inhibition effect on magnesium alloy by suppressing the cathodic reactions, while a concentration extreme phenomenon was observed.The optimal inhibition concentrations were 0.1 mass%and 0.3 mass%for SDEDTC and TU,respectively.A combinat...
