| 摘 要： | 以日照钢铁60 t转炉倾动的安全性能为研究对象,通过对转炉的重心位置、空炉力矩、炉液力矩和摩擦力矩进行计算,得出倾动总力矩的极值,以此校核倾动电机的力矩,得出了转炉倾动设备能力偏小的结论,但是通过采取必要的应对措施,可以保证电机安全运行。

| Abstract: | The 60 t converter tilting security in Rizhao Steel has been taken as the research subject.The extreme value of the total tilting torque has been obtained by calculating the center of gravity position of the converter,the torque of empty converter,molten steel,friction,and used to check the torque of the tilting motor.The converter tilting equipment has a too low capacity,but the safe operation of the motor can be achieved by adopting necessary measures. |
