摘    要:针对高精度现代冷轧带钢生产需求,提出了基于.NET平台的可逆冷轧机过程自动化系统框架开发,介绍了系统的软硬件构成和功能;根据可逆冷轧机过程自动化系统的实际工作过程,阐述了基于人工智能算法的轧制力预报和自学习算法、轧制道次分配及其优化算法,通过优化过程参数可提高生产效率和产品质量。
