| 摘 要： | 本文对当前我国冷轧带钢的市场需求、生产状况和技术发展进行了分析，指出了冷轧板带材的市场需求大，一方面要解决国内需求的快速增长，另一方面要代替进口，解决市场战有率和自给率低的问题；在冷轧产品中，优质汽车电工钢、薄宽带及高精度包装板是今后的重点产品；突破冷轧核心技术是我国冷轧技术发展的关键；近年来冷轧带坯的无酸洗除磷工艺、液氮冷却机在带冷轧中的应用等新技术使生产过程更符合生态要求，节能降耗，值得关注和推广。
