摘    要:采用真空烧结方法制备了WC-Co/TiB_2体系的三元硼化物基硬质合金,并用XRD、SEM、EDS等方法对材料进行分析,研究了烧结过程中的相变和微观组织的演化,同时研究了烧结温度对该材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,WCoB仅会在固相烧结阶段生成,随着烧结温度提高逐渐发生分解,在1300℃以上经液相烧结后的试样其最终相组成为W_2CoB_2和TiC及少量TiB_2。W_2CoB_2颗粒随烧结温度的升高有逐渐聚集长大的趋势。在1 400℃烧结后的试样具有最佳的综合力学性能,其硬度可达HRA92.0,抗弯强度达763.2 MPa。

Abstract:The ternary boride based cemented carbide of WC-Co/TiB_2 were prepared by vacuum sintering.The cemented carbide was investigated by XRD,SEM and EDS.The phase transformation and microstructure evolution during sintering and the influence of sintering temperature on mechanical properties were studied.The results show that WCoB is only obtained in solid phase sintering state and decomposes with the increase of sintering temperature.The samples consist of W_2CoB_2,TiC and small quantity of TiB_2 by liquid phase sintering above 1 300℃.With the increase of sintering temperature, the W_2CoB_2 particles gradually gather and grow up,and the best mechanical properties of the samples are obtained when sintered at 1 400℃,the hardness reaches HRA 92.0,and the bending strength reaches 763.2 MPa.
