垂熔炉配电系统谐波治理

摘    要:本文简述了垂熔炉产生谐波的原因和谐波对供配电系统、电气设备、自动控制系统、通讯的危害。通过对垂熔炉配电系统的数据采集和分析,提出了采用3次、5次滤波补偿组件和分相滤波补偿组件组合,进行谐波治理的方案。治理后系统的功率因素从0.73提高到0.92,谐波电流畸变率下降约50%,电流波形明显改善,趋近正弦波形。此外,还对补偿后的系统进行了效益估算。

Abstract:The causation of harmonics and the dangers of harmonic current for power system,electrical equipments,automatic control system and communication of the production equipment are analysized in this paper.Through data acquisition and analysis of the vertical furnace distribution system,the control scheme of harmonics is put forward,which is to use third and fifth harmonic compensation and use mode of separate-phase compensation.After harmonic treatment,the power factor is improved from 0.73 to 0.92,the harmonic current distortion rate is decreased by about 50%,and the current waveform is improved significantly,reaching a sinusoidal waveform.Besides,the energy saving income of the compensation system is also calculated in this paper.
