摘    要:在汽车外覆盖件成形过程中,对于各种冲压缺陷都必须进行分析、评估。文章采用静力显示有限元算法对汽车外覆盖件的静态抗凹性能进行了数值模拟研究,分别研究了覆盖件的抗凹性能与材料、成形条件及面板曲率的关系。结果显示,高强钢能够提高覆盖件的抗凹性能,面板的抗凹性能随着面板的厚度和压边力的增大而增加,而且覆盖件曲率越小,其静态抗凹性能则越高。

Abstract:All types of stamping defects now must be analyzed and evaluated in automobile panel stamping process.In this paper,the dent resistance of auto-body panel is numerically simulated by using the commercial sheet metal forming CAE code KMAS/implicit.In our investigation the relation curves between dent depth and loading values are obtained.The results showed that the utilization of high-strength steel materials greatly improves the dent resistance properties.And the dent resistance of the auto body panels increases with panel thickness and binder force.Moreover,when the panel curvature radii are smaller,the dent resistance becomes higher.
