摘    要:大口径挤压三通的成形是管件制造工艺技术的难点,其中支管的拉拔工序更是三通最终成形的关键所在。文章通过有限元数值模拟与实验,对大口径高钢级(X80)Φ508mm等径三通热挤压成形工艺过程中支管拉拔工序进行研究。通过数值模拟对拉拔道次和成形载荷进行分析,确定出合理的工艺参数,并通过实验对数值模拟结果进行验证。其研究结果对实际生产有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:The difficulties in process technology of fitting manufacturing is forming of large diameter extrusion tee, which drawing process of branch pipe is the key procedure of the final forming of tee. In this paper, FEM simulation and experimental study are applied to drawing procedure of branch pipe of the hot extrusion forming process of large diameter high grade steel (X80) Φ508mm equal diameter tee. First, through numerical simulation, drawing pass and forming load is analyzed, reasonable process parameters was determined. Finally, the result of numerical simulation is verified by experiment Research result is of significance and guiding roles in actual design and production.
