摘    要:本文在参考了前人在旋压方面所提出的力学模型基础上,为更好地对筒形件强旋进行三维动态模拟,提出了一种新的力学模型。筒形件强旋的成形轨迹是一空间螺旋锥面,旋轮下的变形区为旋轮锥面和工件空间螺旋锥面的相贯区域。前人在研究时对变形区都作了较大的简化,这势必影响计算的精确性。本文所提出的力学模型较符合强旋的实际情况。

Abstract:In order to simulate power spinning of cylindrical workpiece better dynamically,a new 3D mechanical model is proposed by refering mechanical models discussed by predecessors after a simple review about the research work of spinning.The locus of the deformed part of workpiece is a spiral cone and the deformed zone below roller is taken shape by the roller and the workpiece.When predecessors studied power spinning,they simplified the deformed zone greatly.This must effect the accuration of research result.In this paper,the mechanical model rasied is close to the nature of the spinning.
