钛合金膜板热模锻造工艺的模拟式设计

摘    要:利用热力耦合有限元程序DEFORM3D,对中等尺寸TC4 ELI合金膜板(外径为Φ360mm)的热模锻造工艺进行模拟式设计,对比了两种锻造工艺。结果表明,采用7Mn15合金模具,在两种锻造工艺条件下,模具材料因变形热效应及边界摩擦引起温升而失效,但是设备最大载荷均不超过25×103kN。两种锻造工艺中局部加载锻造工艺可以解决坯料定位和脱模问题,工艺适应性较好,模拟分析结果得到了生产实验验证。

Abstract:Two different hot-die forging processes design for medium size TC4 ELI alloy diaphragm(about 360 mm in outer diameter) were conducted based on thermo-mechanical finite element code DEFORM3D.The simulation results show that adopting 7Mn15 alloys as die material might meet with failure due to local temperature increasing induced by hot deformation effect and boundary friction,but the maximum loads are under 25×103kN at both processes.The multi-steps forging process is more capable in blank locating and separating and has better adaptability to the practice.The results of simulation have been proved by practice.
