摘    要:基于数字图像处理技术,开发了铝合金精密锻件尺寸测量装置,采用低角度双侧LED照明,有效避免锻件表面反光造成的图像边缘模糊。通过3×3中值滤波、固定阈值分割、8邻域边界跟踪算法,提取锻件内、外圆的边缘轮廓,采用最小二乘圆拟合算法进行尺寸参数计算。试验表明,外圆直径、内圆直径、壁厚差、圆度误差的图像测量值,较人工测量值的最大误差分别为0.05mm、0.09mm、0.07mm、0.07mm,基本满足锻件检测要求。

Abstract:A dimension measuring device for precision aluminium alloy forgings was developed based on digital image processing technology.In order to avoid image blurring caused by forging reflection,LED lighting on two sides of the forgings was used.Firstly,the captured images were preprocessed by 3×3 median filtering,fixed threshold and 8-neighborhood edge tracking to extract outer and inner boundaries of the forgings.Then the least square circle fitting algorithm was used to calculate dimension parameters.Experiments show that,compared to manual measuring,the maximum error of image measuring are 0.05mm for outer diameter,0.09mm for outer diameter,0.07mm for thickness difference,and 0.07mm for roundness error.The result show that image measuring method is feasible for precision forging measurement.
