| 摘 要： | 为满足小批量、多规格、不可拆解、存放地域分散、运输成本高、难于集中检测的特殊工件的个性化无损检测需求,研制了一种车载X射线工业CT系统。该系统采用组合式的模块化结构。X射线源系统、探测采集传输系统、工件夹持系统、控制系统等独立组成模块,通过优化集成在一专用方舱内部,既可以通过载运车辆实现公路机动,也可与载运车辆一起实现整体铁路机动运输。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the individual nondestructive detection requirements of small batch,multiple specification,non-disassembling,storage area scattered,high transportation cost,difficult to centralized detection special workpiece,developed a vehicle-mounted X-ray industrial CT system.Combined modular structrue is used in the system.X-ray source system,detection data acquisition and transmission system,clamping work system and control system were composed of separate modules,integrated in a special shelter through optimization,they can not only be transported by road,but also can be transported by railway together with the carrying vehicle. |
