摘    要:针对现有快速成形逆向重构研究所忽视的图像数据信息,提出一种扫描实体图像数据重构的方法。该方法基于三基准点对齐和八邻域法实现轮廓提取,利用图像误差点消除和图像精简有效改善重构数据质量,并快速利用B样条曲线插值拟合出较精确的轮廓曲线。以实例展示了模型的实用性及算法的合理性与有效性。

Abstract:Concerning with information of the product images which ignored by current in rapid prototyping(RP) reverse reconstruction research,a method of scanning entity image reconstruction is proposed.Contour extraction is accomplished by this method which is based on three-reference-point alignment and the eight-neighborhood method.The elimination of error points and constriction of image are used to improve the quality of the reconstruction image effectively,and finally the B spline curve is used to interpolation fit a accurate contour curve.The example shows the rationality of the model and the validity of the algorithm.
