摘    要:飞行器上关键结构件的几何特征复杂,传统方式难以满足加工需求,精密电解加工技术具有无工具损耗、无机械切削力、加工定域性好的优点,适用于各种形状复杂、难加工、低刚度构件的加工,在航空制造领域占有重要地位。在介绍精密电解加工共性关键技术的基础上,阐述了其在航空制造中的典型应用,并对发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The geometric features of key structural parts on the aircraft are complex,and traditional methods are difficult to meet the processing requirements.Precise electrochemical machining technology has the advantages of no tool loss,no mechanical cutting force and good localization of processing.It is suitable for the processing of various components with complex shapes,low stiffness and difficult to process,and has occupied an important position in the field of aviation manufacturing.Based on the introduction of common key technologies of precise electrochemical machining,its typical applications in aviation manufacturing are described and development prospects are prospected.
