不锈钢堆焊层抗磨损腐蚀性能的实验研究

摘    要:对材料为16Mn钢的连轧机底座的磨损机理进行讨论.在16Mn钢表面进行电弧堆焊1Cr13不锈钢和等离子堆焊铁镍合金粉末,并对堆焊材料进行磨损和抗腐蚀实验.通过分析其磨损量及磨损形貌,得到堆焊层的抗磨损和腐蚀性能,从而寻找出连轧机底座修复的材料和方法.
