摘    要:为提升干式四缸体品质,通过对干式四缸体水套内腔质量差、水套断裂和砂孔缺陷的原因分析,进行了工艺改进,降低了综合废品率,提高了铸件内腔质量,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本.

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of drying four cylinder block,through analysis of the reasons of the poor inner cavity quality and cracking of the water jacket and sand hole of the drying four cylinder block,carried out technology improvement,reduced the overall rejection rate,improved the quality of the casting inner cavity,improved production efficiency,reduced production cost.
