| 摘 要： | 介绍了应用模具反向工程技术设计风扇注塑模具的具体步骤:测量数据,处理数据,CAD建模,设计注塑模具.利用数值拟合的方法对风扇样件中叶片曲面进行分析,得到对直叶片风扇类模型进行几何重构的有效方法.

| Abstract: | The whole procedure of reverse engineering applied in fan mould design is discussed in the present paper, It Contained four steps, date measuring, date processing, forming the CAD model and injection mould design. The blade profile of the fan is probed by numerical simulation and efficient way of restructuring fan model with straight blades are proposed. |
