球墨铸铁件无损检测综合评价方法

摘    要:介绍了无损检测技术用于球墨铸铁质量检测的基本原理及应用状况。液体渗透检测、涡流检测和磁粉检测常用于检测铸件表面和近表面缺陷,射线检测和超声检测常用于检测铸件内部缺陷,超声检测可用于表面光洁铸件的球化质量的检测,振动检测则用于表面粗糙铸件的球化质量的检测。

Abstract:It is introduced the basic principles and application status of diversified Nondestructive Test Technology techniques used in the quality testing of nodular graphite cast iron.Liquid penetrant testing,eddy current testing and magnetic particle testing are mainly used in the detection of surface flaws and near-surface flaws,Radiographic testing and ultrasonic testing are mainly used in the detection of inner defects,Ultrasonic testing is also used in the detection of spheroidization quality of smooth surface castings,while vibration testing is used in the detection of spheroidization quality of rough surface castings.
