| 摘 要： | 提供一种浇包孕育用的可调下料口孕育装置,其不仅可在熔炉出铁时将孕育剂均匀分散地撒入出铁槽的铁液流中,而且孕育剂加入的时间长短可依据孕育工艺的要求随需调整,从而达到提高孕育效果及孕育剂利用率的目的.该装置结构新颖,易于制作,且操作轻松省力.

| Abstract: | This paper provides an adjustable inoculants unloading apparatus for ladle inoculation.It not only scatters inoculants into the liquid iron uniformly and dispersed when the iron tapped out of from the furnace,but also can adjust the time of adding inoculants according to the requirements of process at any time when you need.The design purpose is to improve the inoculation effect and make full use of inoculants.In addition,this device has the value of being broadly applied as its novel structure and easy to build and operate. |
