电流再强化对180kA系列铝电解槽物理场的影响

摘    要:铝电解槽电流强化技术对挖掘现有设备产能、提高企业经济效益具有重要的现实意义。根据中国铝业股份有限公司青海分公司160kA系列双端进电预焙阳极铝电解槽电流再强化试验情况,选择二台试验槽和一台对比槽进行了电压平衡、能量平衡、铝液磁场和流速场综合测试,并对测试结果进行了分析和讨论;对电流再强化后出现的问题进行了讨论,并提出了相应的解决方案,得出了该槽型能够强化到190kA电流下稳定生产的结论。

Abstract:The technology of line current raise is very important to improve the capacity of installation and economic benefits of aluminium corporations.According to the experiment on 160kA pre-baked cell with intensified the line current again in Qinghai Aluminium Company of CHALCO,the states of thermal balance,voltage,magnetic and velocity in metal of three aluminium reduction cells were measured.Among the three cells,two of them were the tentative cells whose current was intensified from 180kA to 190kA,and the other one was regarded as the contrast which was operated at 180kA.Then the measured data are analyzed in this paper.The corresponding methods are put forwarded to the problems after current were intensified again.The results show that the aluminium reduction cells will operate stably when its current is raised to 190kA.
