摘    要:直径80 mm的45钢轴销,经过调质、中频淬火和回火处理,在使用了1393 h时发生断裂。化学成分分析、断口分析、金相检验和硬度试验结果表明,轴销的断裂是由中频淬火后的回火不充分及磨削工艺不当所致。

Abstract:80-mm-diam 45 steel axle pin, subjected to quenching and subsequent tempering, and mid-frequency hardening and subsequent tempering, has fractured when utilized up to 1393 h. The chemical composition analysis, fracture analysis, metallographic examination and hardness test were performed to reveal the cause of axle pin cracking. The results indicate that the early fracture of axle pin arises from grinding cracks derived from unsufficient tempering subsequent to mid-frequency hardening and improper grinding practice.
