摘    要:采用用光学显微镜、透射电镜和力学性能测试设备研究了热处理工艺对DH40钢的组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着正火或淬火加热温度的提高,钢的晶粒逐渐粗光,微合金元素的固溶度增加,因此钢的强度不断升高,断后伸长率逐步下降。采用H-800透射电镜对第二相析出的进一步分析表明,钢中析出相一般弥散分布于晶界和位错上,主要起钉扎位错和析出强化的作用。

Abstract:The effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of DH40 steel was studied by using metallographic microscope, transmission electron microscope and universal testing machine. The experimental results showed that the grains of steel would gradually coarsen and the solid solubility of microalloying elements would increase with the elevation of normalizing or quenching temperature, as a result, higher strength and lower elongation of the steel could be obtained. Further study on precipitation of second phase in the steel revealed that the precipitated phase would disperse over grain boundary, and dislocation, and play the role of anchoring dislocation and precipitation strengthening.
