摘    要:介绍了液压缸侧抽芯的特点和模具的典型结构,例如长型芯或抽拔力大的型芯、定模抽芯、斜抽芯、圆弧抽芯、螺纹侧抽芯。分析了影响液压缸选用的主要因素如脱模力、锁模力、液压缸行程。介绍了模具制造工艺、普通注塑机液压系统的改造以及手动、时间、行程3种控制方式的特点。使注塑机上这一功能更好地应用到生产中。
