特种合金无接触电磁成形过程中的屏蔽效应及凝固特性研究

摘    要:建立了适合中小尺寸特种合金样件无接触电磁成形的感应器-熔体-屏蔽系统,探讨了特种合金无接触电磁成形过程中的屏蔽效应及凝固特性。结果表明,下屏蔽罩改善了感应器内磁力线分布,实现了电磁成形过程中电磁场和温度场分布的耦合,采用合理的工艺参数,获得了表面质量光洁,具有定向胞晶组织特征的圆形,椭圆形和近矩形特种合金样件。

Abstract:the system of inductor\|melt\|shield, which is suit for electromagnetic shaping (EMS) of special alloy parts with small or medium size is build up. Shield effect and solidification characteristics in the process of EMS are discussed. The results show that the distribution of magnetic flux line is reformed and the coupling between electromagnetic field and temperature field is relized by adding lower shield. The special alloy parts with good surface quality, cellular characteristics with bamboo node, and various cross section such as round, ellipse and near rectangle are triumphantly obtained by controlling reasonable technological parameters.
